A 120 mL PET liquid bottle at 21±2 g, in clear or amber, with a 27 mm neck and a white tamper-evident cap with inner plug. Used for liquid flavours and fragrances and sample volumes, and decorated with a body label.

The body measures 48 mm across and stands 115 mm high, on a 27 mm neck — the largest of the three liquid bottles we show. It comes in clear or amber, and the closure is a white tamper-evident cap with an inner plug, the same cap used on the 60 mL bottle.

The cap is matched to the neck
This bottle takes the white tamper-evident cap with an inner plug on its 27 mm neck — the ring breaks on first opening and the plug seals the mouth. The 60 mL bottle runs the same neck and the same cap.

The bottle is supplied with the white tamper-evident cap matched to the 27 mm neck; the inner plug sits inside the mouth to seal the fill. The same cap fits the 60 mL bottle, but not the 14 mm and 23 mm necks on the smaller bottles.
Label on the plain body
Decoration for this item is labelling. The body gives a taller, wider label panel than the 60 mL bottle, so artwork is set per project and proofed before the first production run.

Is PET heat-resistant?
This bottle is rated to 55 °C, lower than the HDPE formats in our range. It is not intended for hot fills; tell us the filling temperature at the enquiry stage.
