Which bottle families do you produce?
Standard bottles: PET from 10 mL to 120 mL and PE from 250 mL to 2.5 L, on existing tools. Custom moulded packaging is organised by application — food and beverage, medical and healthcare, cosmetics and personal care, industrial, chemical and agricultural.
Which materials can I choose from?
PET, HDPE, PP, PS and LDPE. Standard bottles are moulded in PET or HDPE; custom projects can use any of the five.
What neck finishes are available?
36-400, 42-400 and 52-400 across the standard ranges. Other neck finishes can be tooled for custom projects.
Which caps can you match?
Flip-top, UV, single-layer and double-layer screw caps, PS crown, gear push-turn, ribbed push-turn, aluminium and child-resistant closures.
What decoration options are there?
Silkscreen, hot stamping, spray coating, labelling and electroplating. Electroplating is available on the sloped and round shoulder families and on custom work.
Which colours can I order?
White, black, transparent, frosted transparent, amber, translucent colours, and colour-matched custom shades subject to MOQ.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ depends on the format, decoration and material. Standard sizes ship from existing tooling at lower quantities; custom projects are quoted per programme.
Who owns the mould for a custom bottle?
The customer normally owns the tooling. Mould cost is quoted separately, charged upfront or amortised, and the tool is stored and maintained here for future runs.
How long does sampling take?
Stock formats are usually sampled within about a week. A new mould runs through design review, tool making and a pilot shot — the schedule is confirmed once the drawing is approved.
Can you supply food-contact or compliance documents?
Material certificates and test reports are provided per project. Tell us the target market and the fill, and we confirm which documents apply before tooling.
Do you support child-resistant packaging?
Yes. Child-resistant caps are available across the three bottle families, with the matching neck finish specified per market.
Can I visit the factory or inspect before shipment?
Yes. The plant is in Changping, Dongguan, about an hour from Shenzhen. Third-party inspection such as SGS or BV is welcome before shipment.
