Standard Products
Bottles we already run: PET from 10 mL to 120 mL, PE from 250 mL to 2.5 L. Sampling starts from an existing mould, so trial runs are short and minimums stay low.

Three standard ranges
PE Bottles
Food-grade HDPE white bottles, round profiles included, from 250 mL to 2.5 L, with flip-top or screw closures — plus an LDPE nasal rinse bottle.
PET Bottles
Clear PET bottles from 10 mL to 120 mL, e-liquid bottles and thick-wall formats among them, with sprayer, dropper or screw caps — plus oil sprayer and conical bottles in white or black, and 60 mL / 120 mL thick-walled bottles in clear or amber.

Standard bottles, answered
Do standard bottles need a new mould?
No. Standard PET and PE bottles run on tools we already hold, which keeps sampling short and minimums lower.
Which capacities are standard?
PET from 10 mL to 120 mL (10 / 15 / 30 / 60 / 110 / 120 mL); PE from 250 mL to 2.5 L.
How long does sampling take?
Stock formats are usually sampled within about a week. A new mould runs through design review, tool making and a pilot shot.
