How we work
Custom & production
One team for mould, decoration and packing
A bottle usually fails at a hand-over: the moulder blames the decorator, the decorator blames the capper. We keep tooling, printing, coating and export packing in the same plant, so one project engineer owns the part from drawing to pallet.

Fill product, capacity, neck finish and cap type are fixed against a stock or new body.

Stock formats in about a week; new moulds after drawing approval.

Moulding
Injection and blow moulding in PET, HDPE, PP, PS or LDPE.

Decoration
Silkscreen, hot stamping, spray coating, labelling and electroplating.
