Oil Sprayer Bottle
A PET bottle with a trigger spray head: press the trigger and the oil leaves the nozzle as a mist instead of a pour. The head carries a clear window, so the fill level stays visible, and the body comes in white or black — with colour and logo options and a low minimum order.

How the bottle is built
A straight-sided PET body carries the spray head as one unit: trigger, nozzle and a clear window on the neck that shows how much oil is left. Pressing the trigger draws the oil up and releases it as a mist, so a little goes over the pan or the salad instead of a measured pour.

White and black, assembled and apart
Both colours photographed with the head fitted, with the body and head separated, and with the nozzle in close-up. The last frame is kept empty for your label artwork or the packed carton.

The same bottle in white or black
Head, body and window are matched across both colours, so one order can carry the white and the black version of the same bottle.

Trigger, nozzle and window
The spray head does the metering; the body only holds the fill.
A press, then a mist
The trigger sits under the fingers and the nozzle points forward, so the oil goes onto the pan or the plate rather than into a spoon. Shorter presses give a lighter coat.
The fill level stays visible
A clear window runs down the front of the head, so you can see the oil level without opening the bottle — useful when the body is white or black.
Straight sides, easy to label
The straight body leaves a flat panel for a label or a print, and the base is wide enough to stand steady on a counter or a shelf.
Colour and logo are part of the order
The white and the black version both take colour matching and a logo, and the run stays small while you test the market.
Gloss white or gloss black
Both samples are gloss. Tell us the body colour you want and whether the head should match it; other shades are quoted per project.
Printed, hot stamped or labelled
Logos go on by silkscreen, hot stamping or a label, depending on the artwork and the body colour. Send the file and we confirm the method and the print area.
This bottle, answered
What is the bottle used for?
Oil: cooking oil mist, olive oil and dressing sprays, and kitchen oil control. The spray head turns the fill into a mist, so you use less than with a pour.
Is the body PET?
Yes, the body is PET, in a gloss white or gloss black finish. The spray head is supplied fitted to the body.
Can I see how much is left?
Yes. A clear window runs down the front of the head, so the level shows on both the white and the black bottle.
Which colours can I order?
White and black as shown. Other body colours and head combinations are quoted per project.
Can our logo go on it?
Yes — silkscreen, hot stamping or a label, depending on the artwork. Send the logo file and we confirm the method and the print area.
What is the minimum order?
Low MOQ, so the bottle can be tested before a full run. The figure is confirmed per project, because it moves with the colour and the decoration you choose.
What capacity is it?
Capacity and neck size are fixed per project, since the bottle is quoted against your fill. Send the volume and we return the drawing with those figures on it.
