Nasal Rinse Bottle
A nasal rinse bottle moulded in LDPE: a soft translucent body you squeeze by hand, a blue screw cap with the nasal nozzle made in one piece, and a dip tube that reaches the bottom of the bottle. Built for saline rinse and nasal wash lines, with colour and logo options and a low minimum order.

How the bottle is built
The body is moulded in LDPE so the wall flexes when it is squeezed — the rinse is pushed out through the nozzle instead of being poured. The nozzle and the screw thread are moulded as one cap, and the dip tube is supplied fitted to that cap, running down the body so the last of the fill is still reachable.

Bottle, cap and nozzle
The bottle photographed assembled, taken apart, and with the nozzle tip in close-up. A fourth frame is kept empty for the packed carton or your label artwork.

One cap does the sealing and the rinsing
The blue cap carries the thread, the nozzle and the tube seat, so there is no separate nozzle part to fit before use.
Screw cap with the nozzle on top
The nozzle is moulded onto the screw cap, with a rounded tip shaped for the nostril. Unscrewing the cap opens the bottle for filling; the tube stays with the cap.
A waisted LDPE body that squeezes
The waist sits in the hand and the flexible wall lets you control the flow with grip pressure. The wall is translucent, so the level of the rinse stays visible.
Dip tube down to the base
The dip tube is supplied fitted to the cap and reaches the bottom of the body, so the bottle keeps working as the fill runs down.
Colour and logo are part of the order
Body colour, cap colour and the logo all move together in the same project — and the run stays small while you test the market.
Body and cap as one palette
The sample is a natural translucent body with a blue cap. Tell us the body and cap shades you want and we match them together, so the bottle reads as one product on the shelf.
Printed, hot stamped or labelled
Logos go on by silkscreen, hot stamping or a label, depending on the artwork and the surface. Send the artwork and the panel size and we confirm which of the three suits the bottle.
This bottle, answered
What is this bottle used for?
Nasal rinse and nasal wash: a saline fill is squeezed from the body through the nozzle. It is the bottle format used for saline rinse, sinus rinse and daily nasal care lines.
Which material is the bottle?
The body is LDPE, low-density polyethylene — soft enough to squeeze, and translucent so the fill level shows. If your market needs a different resin, tell us the requirement at the enquiry stage.
Is the nozzle a separate part?
No. The nozzle is moulded onto the screw cap, together with the seat for the dip tube, so the cap arrives ready to use.
Can the body and cap colour be changed?
Yes. Body and cap colours are set together per project, quoted against the quantity you order.
Can our logo go on the bottle?
Yes — silkscreen, hot stamping or a label, depending on the artwork. Send the logo file and we confirm the method and the print area.
What is the minimum order?
Low MOQ, so the bottle can be tested before a full run. The figure is confirmed per project, because it moves with the colour and the decoration you choose.
What capacity is it?
Capacity, weight and neck finish are fixed per project, since the bottle is quoted against your fill. Send the fill volume and we return the drawing with those figures on it.
