A rectangular 2 L jug moulded in food-grade HDPE at 110±5 g, with a moulded handle, a 36.9 mm neck and the Xili white cap. Filled with food, flavours and fragrances or lubricating oils, and decorated with a body label.

The body measures 144 mm long, 93.5 mm wide and 219 mm high, on a 36.9 mm neck — the largest capacity in the range. The rectangular body packs tighter than a round bottle of the same fill, and the handle is moulded into the top shoulder so a full 2 L jug can be carried and poured one-handed.

The cap is matched to the neck
This jug takes the Xili white cap on its 36.9 mm neck — the same cap as the 500 mL bottle, the 1 L type A bottle and the 1.2 L rectangular jug. It does not take the large white cap used on the 41.5 mm necks.

The jug is supplied with the Xili white cap matched to the 36.9 mm neck, the same cap used on the 500 mL, 1 L type A and 1.2 L rectangular bottles. Check the neck before you reorder caps — the 41.5 mm round formats run a different one.
Label on the flat front panel
Decoration for this item is labelling. The flat front panel gives the label a square, flat face; label size, material and artwork are set per project before the first production run.

How does it differ from the 1.2 L rectangular jug?
Same 36.9 mm neck and the same Xili cap, on a bigger body: 2 L against 1.2 L, 144 × 93.5 × 219 mm against 141 × 84 × 160.5 mm, and 110 ± 5 g against 90 ± 3 g.
How is the handle made?
The handle is moulded into the top shoulder as part of the body, so there is nothing to assemble or attach before filling.
How hot a fill can it take?
The jug is rated to 80 °C. Fills hotter than that need a different resin, so tell us the filling temperature at the enquiry stage.
