150 mL Curved-Shoulder Bottle
The largest of the curved-shoulder family: 150 mL at 50 mm across, in white, clear, fully electroplated or sandblasted, all under the same mushroom over-cap. Five caps are shown on each body, so the finish can be chosen without redrawing the pack.

Specification
One mould, four ways to finish it. The plain wall takes print or a label straight; the plated and sandblasted versions turn the same body into a gift pack. The mushroom over-cap sits proud of the shoulder in every case, so the silhouette stays the same across the range.

Where it is used
- Capsules and tablets
- Powders and larger fills
- Gift and premium packs
Diameter and the 102 mm height come from the drawing supplied. Heights with the other caps, weight, decoration and packing are quoted with the order.
White and clear, five caps each
The uncoated white body first, then the same five caps on the clear body — useful when the fill has to be seen.

Plated and sandblasted, then the drawing
Body and cap finished together in one tone, glossy or matte. The last two frames are kept empty for your artwork and the packed carton.

What the tool fixes, what the project decides
The bottle is one tool; the finish, the cap and the print are what you choose.
Shoulder, wall and neck
The curved shoulder, the 50 mm body at 150 mL and the threaded neck that seats the mushroom over-cap are what this mould makes.
Finish, cap, decoration
White, clear, plated or sandblasted, which of the caps, the resin grade and the print are confirmed per project and quoted with the bottle.
Four finishes, four jobs
Print-led packs
The plain body takes a printed panel or a label with high contrast; it is the cheapest of the four and the one most supplement lines use.
Fill-led packs
The wall is transparent, so capsules or tablets show through and the fill becomes part of the look; a label panel is added for the mandatory copy.
Gift and premium
Body and cap in one glossy gold or silver. Plated surfaces show handling marks, so packing is agreed with the sample.
Matte metal look
The same metallised finish with a brushed, matte surface — quieter than the gloss version and less prone to showing fingerprints.
80, 120 and 150 mL
One shoulder line, three fills. The 150 mL is the largest of the three and the only one run clear in this set.

120 mL Matte Curved-Shoulder Bottle
Frosted white body, 47 × 92 mm under the mushroom cap, five caps.

What size is the bottle?
150 mL. With the gold-rim mushroom cap the drawing gives 50 mm across and 102 mm high; heights with the other caps are quoted with their own drawing.
Which finishes can I choose?
Four: uncoated white, clear, fully electroplated gold or silver, and sandblasted gold or silver. All four are on this page, so the surfaces can be compared before sampling.
Which caps fit?
Mushroom over-caps in five finishes — plain white, white with a gold rim, white with a silver rim, electroplated gold and electroplated silver — plus the sandblasted pair that matches the sandblasted bodies.
What is it moulded in?
PET or HDPE, both food-contact grades. Which one suits your fill is confirmed with the quote.
What can be filled in it?
Capsules, tablets and powders, and larger fills that need the extra volume. Send the fill weight and the market and we confirm the resin and the closure against it.
How does it compare with the 120 mL curved-shoulder bottles?
Same shoulder line, 30 mL more. The 120 mL frosted and 120 mL plated bottles are 47 mm across; this one is 50 mm, which keeps the proportion when the fill goes up.
Is there a larger size?
Yes — the 200 mL curved-shoulder bottle is the largest of the family: 54 × 109 mm, in the same four finishes and five caps.
