Two versions, both drawn

The two drawings supplied so far. The empty frames are kept for the front-on photos, the label artwork and the packed carton.

The two closures

Safety cap or ribbed screw cap

Amber

Safety cap

The drawing labels the black closure a safety cap — the push-and-turn type used where a child-resistant pack is expected. Tell us the market and we confirm the closure specification against that standard.

White

PP ribbed screw cap

A ribbed polypropylene cap on the same 49 mm neck: the everyday closure for capsules and tablets, easy to grip and to reclose.

Questions

This bottle, answered

What size is the bottle?

150 mL, 49 mm across. The amber version with the safety cap stands 104 mm high; the white version with the PP ribbed cap stands 101 mm, as drawn.

What is the safety cap?

The black closure on the amber body, labelled Safety Cap on the drawing — the push-and-turn type used where a child-resistant pack is expected. Send the market and the standard, and we confirm the closure against it.

Can the colours be swapped?

The drawings show amber with the safety cap and white with the ribbed cap. Other pairings are confirmed per project — send the colour reference and the closure you want.

What is it moulded in?

Resin is confirmed per project. Tell us the fill and the market and we quote the grade with the bottle.

What can be filled in it?

Capsules, tablets, powders and granules. At 150 mL it suits a month-plus supply or a two-a-day dose rather than a sample pack.

How does it compare with the 120 mL capsule bottle?

Same 49 mm body, 14–17 mm taller for the extra 30 mL. The 120 mL is 87–90 mm high.

Is there a larger size?

Yes — the 190 mL capsule bottle goes wider rather than taller: 60 mm across at 91–93 mm high, with a gold cap or a black push-turn cap.
